When a member opens or downloads the full PDF, we stamp each page with a notice such as “Licensed to: [your name] · [your email] — personal copy, not for redistribution.” Sharing that file therefore reveals your identity. Do not redistribute the PDF.
We use service providers who process data on our behalf, including Clerk (auth), Stripe and Razorpay (payments), Vercel (hosting and optional Web Analytics), Upstash (limited operational storage such as counters/tickets), and Cloudflare Turnstile (bot checks on some forms). We do not sell personal information for advertising and do not use third-party ad trackers on this Site.
We and our processors use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in/session, security, and (where consented) basic product analytics. We keep account and purchase records as needed to provide access, meet legal/accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Some records (for example completed payment confirmations) may be retained where law requires. Deleting your account does not cancel your obligation to respect the license and copyright terms for any copy you already downloaded.
We operate from the United States. If you access the Site from another country, your information may be processed in the U.S. and other locations where our providers operate. See also Section 7 for countries we do not sell to.
Where calculation happens. Natal chart math runs in your browser (Astronomy Engine). We do not store your birth date, birth time, or full birth-chart record as a permanent profile on our servers for Chart Builder.
Place search. When you search for a birth place, the place name/country you type may be sent to our geocoding API so we can return latitude, longitude, and timezone suggestions. We use that request to provide the lookup; we do not use it to build a marketing profile.
On-device storage. Chart results you choose to open in True-Sayana may be kept temporarily in your browser (session storage) so the tool can display them. Closing the tab or clearing site data removes that copy. We encourage you not to enter someone else’s birth data without a lawful basis or their permission.
Account vs chart data. Your Clerk account email/name is separate from Chart Builder inputs. Buying the book and watermarking the PDF uses account identity, not the birth details you type into Chart Builder.
